It has begun again. Each year as the weather starts to cool, my fingers get the crochet bug and our loungeroom is slowly taken over by (neatly stacked) piles of wool. First piece of the hook this season is a jumper, mostly made from left overs, for my youngest. It's double ply and very warm!
Today I recieved an email from Society6 informing me that my piece 'Whale' had been chosen to sell in their print shop, apparently it is popular! It's always exciting to hear that other people enjoy my work, so thank you to those that made this possible.
For my first blog post I thought I would do a shout out to another designer. I often find myself enjoying some pieces from other designers, but not all their work. One exception would have to be Sanna Annukka. I pretty much love everything she creates.
This Christmas we purchased one of her prints, we love it. Her print arrived with a handwritten card (my favourite), which coincidently happened to be dated my birthday. Made my day. Thank you Sanna.
The print is a limited edition of 40, so get in quickly, you wont regret it!
